Sonja Pischedda, Interior Design and Vendors Relations Director at Obenson Capital, Sonja is responsible for leading the technical interior design projects from concept to project completion, ensuring relevant regulations are met through innovative and high-quality solutions, Sonja also manage and oversees project packages and teams, providing guidance, and mentorship. Sonja collaborate closely with clients and vendors to understand their needs, present design proposals, manage commercials and integrate feedback. Sonja has over 14 years of experience in real estate interior design and customer experience.

Sonja has been with us since inception, prior to joining Obenson Capital, Sonja served as a senior interior designer manager for The Acorn Group Commercial where she ensure that interior design projects are executed within budget and on schedule, collaborating with the project management, architects and construction teams.

Sonja holds a Diploma in Art & Interior Design from the Royal College of Art London - England.

Outside her professional career, Sonja give herself a spa treatment, and gather and donate belongings she don't need to disadvantage families.

Walters Obenson, Venture Partner at Obenson Capital, Walters is responsible for development, acquisition, identifying new investment opportunities and managing the portfolio, from design to delivery of our projects, ensuring our real estate developments are designed and built-out successfully following best practices and planning policy standards, on planned schedule, and within budget, Walters is also responsible for finding, structuring and securing de-risked real estate deals. Born and bred into building construction, Walters secondary and high school educational spans across building construction and civil engineering – laying over 50,000+ engineering bricks, Walters holds a Higher Diploma in Building Construction & Civil Engineering from the City and Guilds of London Institutes.

In addition to his educational in Building Construction & Civil Engineering , Walters is an enthusiastic, dedicated, experienced Enterprise Architect with over 20 years successful track record in Utility, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Shipping and transportation, Telecoms, and Insurance Sectors. Commercially-aware, with extensive Agile Architecture, IT Strategy, Digital Strategy and Governance, Digital & Business Transformation experience. Over £100m+ cost reduction in IT end-to-end implementation, boosting revenues of over £8Billion plus.

Walters holds a BSC Information Systems & Business, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Plymouth England, and Prince2 project management Certificate. Walters is a member of the British Computer Society (BCS), member of The Open Group Architecture Forum.

Aside from his professional career, Walters spends time with family and friends, and in his free time, he works with few Charities in London to raise funds.

Sharon Campbell, Director Investors and Partners Relations at Obenson Capital, Sharon is responsible for managing and retaining investors, partners, client and winning of new business opportunities, where appropriate, to help maximise asset performance, profitability, income and investors and partners satisfaction across our portfolio. Sharon ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements, provide feedback on corrective action required to retain investors or enhance process performance, actively supporting the implementation of any actions that are put in place. Sharon has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate.

Before joining Obenson Capital, Sharon served in various positions at the Berkeley Group, investment manager and client director. Sharon deliver optimisation of revenue from new and existing clients through the use of the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets for the specific client segment of the business. Support the BU in accurate budgeting, forecasting and tracking of revenue, deliver high levels of client service in line with standard operating procedures. Sharon work closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts.

Sharon holds a B.S. in Geography from the University of Leicester, while at the University of Leicester, she was working part for the Leicester City Council to learn the planning policies, as well as providing extra income during a time of studying when finances are more limited.
Aside from professional endeavours, Mrs Campbell provide compassionate and high-quality support to individuals with dementia, by organising and facilitating various activities that promote mental as well as physical stimulation and well-being.
